Frustrated by the lack of finding quality gently worn clothing in the the upscale suburb of Nashville, a team of women lead by owner Sherry Lawler and her partners, Margaret Johnson and Jackie Biggers opened their own consignment store. After 6 months, they have two rooms full of gently used clothing from labels such as Jones of NY, Jessica Howard and Talbots.

Small start-ups like these not only empower our community but brings fashionable clothing at great prices to some who might not otherwise be able to afford to shop full price. It also lets those who have lost or gained weight, expand their wardrobe or clean out their closet and make a few extra dollars on the side.

The shop, which is open 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays and 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Saturdays, is at 237 E. Main St. between Kmart and Rhonda’s All About You Beauty Salon in Hendersonville.
